Aluminum Paste for Water-Based Inks

This series of high-performance aluminum pastes is carefully designed for water-based printing inks. They offer excellent system compatibility and are suitable for a wide range of water-based ink formulations. Utilizing advanced silica coating technology, the aluminum pastes possess exceptional water resistance, excellent weather resistance, and good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. Their highly concentrated particle size distribution provides strong hiding power while maintaining high white brightness and a brilliant metallic visual effect.

Product Applications
This aluminum paste is suitable for a variety of ink applications with stringent environmental performance requirements, including cigarette packaging inks, pharmaceutical packaging inks, food contact-grade packaging inks, and printing inks for calligraphy, painting, newspapers, and magazines.

Handling Precautions:
Aluminum pigment has a flake-like structure. Avoid high-speed shearing or multiple granulation processes during use to prevent damage to the flake structure and affect the metallic texture and appearance of the final product.

Storage Conditions:

Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place. The recommended ambient temperature should not exceed 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures and humidity. Any remaining material after opening must be sealed tightly to prevent solvent evaporation and oxidation of the aluminum paste.
